A New Scope of American Conservation?
The “Make America Beautiful Again” Commission is the first to demonstrate a desire to extend the protection of nature to the American people while encouraging private enjoyment of nature, reducing the burden of government, and increasing public-private efforts.
Those who love recreational activities and appreciate our national parks along with other Americans have perhaps felt fenced out of their public lands. For them, and for everyone who appreciates our national parks, this order represents a new direction in federal conservation policy. It’s about access, economic vibrancy, and real-world results.
