Infolyter respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including its URL on our Site.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where to Send Your Notice

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at dmca@infolyter.com. We will review and respond to valid notices promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address with the equivalent required information. We will follow the DMCA process before restoring any content.

Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
